    What file types do you allow ?

    The file types that are allowed are .jpg .zip .bmp .jpeg .gif .png .swf
    .rar and .zip. Registered members are allowed more file types.

    What is the maximum file size allowed ?

    The maximum file size that is allowed is 2 MB or 2048 KB. As a member you can upload much larger files.

    Do you allow adult images ?

    No, our terms strictly forbids any type of image containing adult, illegal, defamatory or promotes racism, hatred or discrimination. When such images are uploaded they are deleted without any notice. To read our complete terms click here.

    What are the bandwidth limits ?

    Currently our bandwidth limits are set at 1536 MB(1.5 GB) per day for an image.

    Do you allow hot linking of images ?

    Yes, but we recommend that you use clickable thumbnails that links to larger image. Thumbnail bandwidths are not monitored and it also saves us bandwidth.

    if I request via email the image links will it remain private ?

    Yes, we do not store your email address. We use it only to sent the image links to you.

    How can I delete the images I have uploaded ?

    There is a option to delete images in the page where you get the linking codes for your images. This can be done only if you have uploaded the image. If you want more control over your images, we suggest you get a membership.

    What is common upload ?

    Common upload is the most simplest and easiest way to upload, you just select you file and the click on "Host it" to upload it. You will immediately be given the linking codes for that file.

    What is applet upload ?

    Applet upload is a java based upload method. It requires java to be installed and enabled in your browser. This is a fast method where you select all the files easily and upload them. A progress bar lets you know the status of your upload. Once the upload is done, you will be immediately taken to page containing the linking codes for the images.

    What is URL upload ?

    This upload method is useful when you don't have the image locally on your disk and is located remotely in website. You don't have to download it to your computer and then upload. You can directly upload it to our site my just pasting the image's URL.

    Can I upload multiple images simultaneously ?

    Yes, by default you can upload 5 images. This can be increased by clicking on "Add Files". You can upload a maximum of 25 images simultaneously. We recommend you use Applet Upload method when uploading large number of images as its much faster and quick. Registered Members can upload a larger number of images simultaneously.

    Can I register for more than one account ?

    We allow only one account per individual user. Please do not register more than one account, if we detect abuse of our system. We will be forced to suspend all associated accounts.

    You can access your account my clicking on login in the top menu and entering your username and password.

    How can I create a photo album or gallery ?

    Once you login to your account, click on "Create Gallery" on the left hand side menu.

    How can I upload images to my gallery ?

    Once you have created your gallery, click on "Gallery" on the top menu. Select the images you want to upload and then select the gallery to which the images have to be added and click "Host it". You can also add the images to a Zip and click on "Zip Upload" in your members area and select the gallery and upload. The images will be automatically be extracted and added to the gallery.

    How can I modify my galleries ?

    In your members area click on "My Gallery" and click on "Config" corresponding to the gallery you want to modify.

    How can I protect my pirvate photo albums or galleries ?

    When you create your gallery you are given an option to protect your gallery with a password so that only those whom you wish to view your photo albums can view it.

    I forgot my username or password.

    In the login screen click on "I forgot my password" and enter your email or username, and you details will be resent to email address. If you still have problems accessing your account please contact us here.
